Dear Sirs,

"Hi Richard,
Many thanks for finding this out for me and for your sensible advice to call the builder.
********** came up trumps and lent on ****** who are sending me a new switch with a 30% discount and no postage to Malta.
I had not come across you before, but you are now on my list of favorite companies to buy parts from.
All the best
Dave"
"I speak about your seriousness and about your competence to my friends you are probably going to have other orders from France.
Best regards
J.H"
"Last week I tried several chandlers or manufacturers to obtain a spare parts kit for a baby blake marine toilet.
I had no success, the person who knew about such things wasn’t available, or had to refer me to a different supplier because they didn’t know what was in the different kits available.
This went on with several companies on the phone.
I phoned Yacht Parts late on Wednesday.
The kit was in stock, further questions were answered knowledgeably and I made an order worth £150.
It all arrived on Friday, as you said it would.
Well done, a pleasure to do business with you.
I look after an old wooden yacht and so shall be needing a good knowledgeable supplier.
I’ll be back.
BJ"
"Richard
The Lewmar hatch gaskets arrived this morning. Thank you very much for the prompt service. I am hugely impressed and very appreciative of the lengths you went to get them to me before I depart early tomorrow morning ... - and doubly so as the order only had a value of £6.00 or so.
...
Thank you again for such fantastic service.
Kind Regards
J S"

Once the HSBC Secure Epayment website has confirmed your details you are passed back to our website and an email confirming your payment is sent to you.
Important: Sometimes the HSBC Secure Epayments system will send you an email stating that your payment has been placed in Fraud Review mode - this is nearly always because you have nominated a delivery address that is not the same as the registered address of the cardholder and as this is a common situation within the marine industry, we will contact you only if there are any problems.
